ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The positions report to our Travel and Hospitality Manager and Event Management.

In these crucial roles, our planners and coordinators’ primary responsibilities will:

Work with our team to create, design, and present proposals to our guests
-
Work closely with our partner suppliers in detailed planning and production of event programs and travel activities to ensure projects are ready to go on the start date

Manage and coordinate the timely and flawless execution of events and travel projects
-
Provide focus on the high-quality and timely itinerary/event production ensuring guest satisfaction, service excellence, and project delivery

Experience Requirement for Senior Roles
Minimum of three years of work experience in the travel or events industries with specific experience within the hospitality sector or in travel-related sales, producing complex itineraries/trip planning and managing guest trips/ event execution.
